“The client’s brief was to build high-end self-storage units, targeting wealthy clients looking for upscale storage space for their boats and cars. The whole concept was based on allowing buyers to use this space not just as an average storage area. Each tenancy has two levels, with a ground floor level used for boats and cars, while mezzanines are used as a lounge space for watching TV, socialising, or playing games. Boris Design used high-end finishes rarely used for this type of project, such as polished concrete floors, painted internal walls and air conditioning on both levels.”
