“The owners required a duplex product that would be desirable to the market considering its narrow floor plan and cost-efficient construction. The desired outcome was for two three-storey dwellings with all living requirements, four bedrooms, study, master with en suite, private rooftop areas and accommodation off-street for two cars each. Maximising setback, site coverage and overall height requirements were the key to providing two sizeable dwellings on the very small, extremely narrow site.”
