“The design brief was to redevelop the former Westpac Bank into a retail and office space with rooftop dining. The client had secured the tenant for the rooftop. Additions are different from the original structure but are built in such a way that they are certainly subservient to the original building. The final result creates a sharp and modern dining space that is unique in our community.”
