“Complete Design & Drafting’s job was to restore an iconic heritage listed home to its ‘former glory’. Originally this home had very majestic beginnings, built in the 1920s for John McCallum and named after his ‘Cremorne’ theatre in Stanley Street, South Brisbane, it quickly became a much-loved landmark of the Sandgate foreshore. The challenge was to internally transform a set of run-down flats into a luxury family home. Preserving traditional features and delivering a modern day, functional house.”
