The brief was to design a small two-bedroom cottage for self-contained living, including a kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry that opens up to the outlook for insideoutside living with a large, covered deck. There’s good use of natural light and breezes throughout the year. It’s a sloping site on the south side of the hill with great views of the valley and mountains.”
