Standing proud on a 2500m² block of prime suburban land, this architecturally designed home is the epitome of luxury and tranquillity. Situated well away from the road to ensure privacy, the spacious family abode provides sweeping views of the surrounding neighbourhood and leafy hilltops.

Featuring a natural overland flow, the site presented a challenge that IRP Architects was able to turn into a positive. Inspired by the site’s unique landscape, the design team split the garage from the house and provided bridge access over the beautiful dry creek bed, which is complemented by native grasses.

Comprising three generously sized levels, the home is characterised by intelligent design. Extending over the landscaped grounds, a scenic walkway provides access to the vast middle level, which includes a sizeable laundry, a powder room, and large living and dining areas, as well as a remarkable entertainer’s kitchen. Complete with an elite range of Smeg appliances, custom-designed cabinetry, a sleek breakfast bar and servery windows, the kitchen is every home cook’s fantasy.

Showcasing peaceful views of the swimming pool, the lavish main bedroom is designed for comfort and seclusion. The luxurious en suite features a stylish double vanity and a walk-in shower that’s fitted with a dual showerhead, while the walk-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage potential.

The exceptional lower level is anchored by a well-designed media room that features a surround-sound system and a Panasonic projector, as well as an adjoining wet bar. Further highlights include a private study, guest bedroom and communal bathroom, as well as a large under-house storage area.

On the upper level you’ll find the main bathroom and three spacious bedrooms, each with walk-in wardrobes. Overlooking the living area below, the light-filled mezzanine library is an idyllic space in which to relax with a good book.

Complete with a number of sumptuous outdoor areas, the home is perfect for year-round entertaining. The expansive swimming pool is adjoined by a spacious alfresco area, while the property’s numerous covered balconies overlook the vegie garden, chicken coop and manicured lawns below. Featuring a 5000L water tank and 12.5kW roof-mounted solar panels, the property is both environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
